Mr. Paris has over 18-years of commercial experience in the financial, trade and diversified financial services sector specializing in, Banking, Corporate and Project Finance Advisory; Transaction Structuring; Inclusive Finance and Financial Instruments for SMEs and Projects.

Paris structured major partnerships with a number of DFIs; he served as an investment advisor to Oikocredit International which has over $2billion portfolio under management. He also has consulting experience as an ex-World Bank consultant, and has similarly taken on consulting roles for Overseas Private Investment Corporation – OPIC (now US DFC), a U.S. Government and Development Finance Agency, and has relationships with several U.S, Canadian and EU companies and institutions.
His educational background is in Accounting, Management and Entrepreneurship, he is a member of Chartered Management Institute UK, and a Member of the Institute of Business Consulting UK. etc.

As an entrepreneur, he has founded several companies, e.g e-TradeFTZ Inc, a Canadian-based and global capital advisory & placement firm, active in project and trade finance, digital assets and digital trade exchange platforms focused on internationalization through blockchain and the tokenization of export-import, equipment and infrastructure asset, enabling foreign expansion/capital growth for North American companies into emerging markets, with current activities, projects and partnerships across the globe.
He is also the co-founder of Pan-Impact Africa, a subsidiary of Pan-Impact Korea, focused on blockchain-enabled smart bonds, etc.
He is a Partner and Co-founder of Quercus Inc, a multi-disciplinary development & advisory firm focused on sustainability, collaboration & project/enterprise innovation across diverse sectors.
The team has over 50 years of cumulative experience in banking, corporate and project finance, impact investing, international trade & infrastructure, in emerging markets.​​​
